Software Training
This program saved the client from depending on training that required expensive computers, peripherals and connections to live databases. It delivered a consistent message on company policy and procedures, and gave frequent training to a high turnover population.
Product Knowledge Training
This program reduced customer complaints by giving the client’s customers better service from employees who could learn about the common features of a group of products and then get specific product information about a variety of new items before they came to the store.
