Training Evaluation - Sample Project

CLARK worked with the Internal Revenue Service to set up a Customer Service Training Evaluation plan. The plan included the following activities:

  • Construction of Level 1 Evaluation Instruments
  • Development of tests and a validation procedure
  • A plan to compare the quality metrics of an early trained group with a late-trained group as evidence of Level 3 Evaluation
  • A plan to compare quality improvements with training costs to support a cost-benefit analysis
