Evidence-based Training

Based on my recent ASTD book, your group will learn proven methods for creating and delivering instruction that uses proven modes, methods, and architectures.

As a result of this session attendees will be able to:

Find out the truth about learning styles
Apply guidelines related to visuals, text, and audio to their training
Experience their own working memory weaknesses
Apply evidence-based engagement methods
Identify the what, when, where and how of three instructional architectures:
- Show and tell
- Stair step
- Immersive

This event can be offered in keynotes of 1 hour to workshops of one day for 10 to 100 participants.
